About XIAOJIE
XIAOJIE SHI is currently pursuing his master's degree in computer science at the New York University. And he is going to graduate on the May 2019. And he also has a bachelor degree in software engineering, so that he has a solid foundation of computer knowledge, such as the database, OOD programming language, computer network and so on.
He is passionate with web development and has a strong background in backend developing. He has developed several web application based on the AWS, such dining suggestions, music chatbot and so on. And he is familiar with AWS service, such as lambda, lex, SES, SQS.
He enjoy powerlifting tremendously, it not only changes his body but also his mentality. He used to be a skinny person. After one year's hardwork lifting, he becomes strong and has more confidence. More importantly, from the training process, he learns the princle of success that you should always keep persistence and prossively overload yourself to get a better version of self. So that he is eager to learn new technologies and is passionate with developing software. His other interests are photography, video editing.
